RICK & RACHEL MILLS
Rick grew up in a non-Christian home and spent years battling addiction and imprisonment. His life was radically transformed through an encounter with Jesus. Today, he leads Urban Acts with a deep passion to break cycles of addiction, crime, and fatherlessness. He regularly ministers in prisons and equips others to live out the Gospel with boldness and power.
Rachel co-leads Urban Acts alongside Rick, helping shape the vision, culture, and direction of the ministry. She plays a key role in discipleship, leadership, and building community—carrying a strong heart to see people restored, equipped, and walking fully in their God-given identity and purpose.
Together, Rick and Rachel lead Urban Acts as a family-driven mission—serving the Church, reaching the lost, and contending for revival.

We are a movement committed to seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. Through evangelism, discipleship, and partnership with the local Church, we equip believers to step into their calling and bring the reality of the Kingdom into everyday life.
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
At Urban Acts, we believe the Bible—both Old and New Testaments—is God-breathed, Spirit-inspired, and the final authority for faith, life, and action.
We believe in one true and living God—perfect in all His ways—Creator, Sustainer, and Sovereign over all things, and worthy of all worship.
We believe God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—co-equal in glory, power, and majesty.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—the Word made flesh—who came to rescue humanity. Through His life, death, and resurrection, a way has been made for all people to be forgiven, restored, and brought into relationship with God.
We believe humanity was created good but fell through sin, and that all people are in need of salvation.
We believe salvation comes through repentance, faith in Jesus Christ, and the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit. By grace through faith, we are made right with God.
We believe every follower of Jesus is called to live a holy, Spirit-filled life—set apart for Him and empowered for His purposes.
We believe the Holy Spirit is active today—leading, empowering, equipping, and calling believers into deeper unity and mission.
We believe Jesus Christ will return—personally, visibly, and gloriously—to establish His Kingdom in fullness.
